The Energy Information Administration (EIA) recently posted a summary analysis on natural gas residential choice programs that also provides an overview of the status of natural gas industry restructuring in each State. In a good overview of Ohio, it finds: "More than 50 percent of the State's residential natural gas customers were participating in choice programs as of December 2009, with by far the largest participation (94 percent) in Dominion East Ohio's (Dominion) service area."
