We've mentioned before U.S. EPA's efforts to incorporate concepts of "environmental justice" into its administration of the country's environmental laws (see here, e.g.). Recently, EPA released Plan EJ 2014, described by the Administrator as offering "a road map that will enable us to better integrate environmental justice and civil rights into our programs, policies and daily work."
