Ohio Governor, John Kasich, issued an executive order yesterday authorizing the Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management (Division) to amend its wastewater injection well permitting and operating rules by filing certain amendments electronically with the Secretary of State, Director of the Legislative Services Commission, and the Joint Committee on Agency Rules Review (JCARR).
