"The proposed expansion of the Texas Eastern infrastructure, which went into service in 1954 and is several pipelines running parallel below ground, would put a new 36-inch diameter pipeline in a 5.6-mile stretch. It would run through Ruscombmanor, Bern, Ontelaunee, Muhlenberg and Alsace townships, according to documents filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission."
