USGS: MWCD Has Plenty of Water

A recent study by the U.S. Geological Survey has found that the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District has water available to sell for oil and gas development, according to this article at CantonRep.com.  "A recently completed water availability study for Atwood, Leesville and Tappan lakes will help guide officials at the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District on how to handle requests for water sales at the three reservoirs."
