Lehigh Valley Business is reporting that Pennsylvania is now the second top producing state for natural gas in the United States: "Pennsylvania has jumped to No. 2 among all states in producing natural gas. Data compiled by Penn State University’s Marcellus Center for Outreach and Research showed that producers in Pennsylvania produced 3.3 trillion cubic feet of unconventional natural gas in 2013. That’s up 63 percent from 2.04 percent in 2012."
