From Columbus Business First:  "A new analysis says the shale energy revolution is saving millions of dollars for Ohio’s school districts and government offices. The study by IHS Global Inc. was prepared for the American Petroleum Institute. It estimated energy savings during the 2012-13 fiscal year from unconventional oil and natural gas production – resources unlocked from shale deposits like what’s happening in Ohio’s Utica shale play."  Nice.
