On January 23rd, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management revised its proposed horizontal well pad construction rules package. The proposed rules package was last updated in September 2014. The revised rule package will now undergo analysis through Ohio's Common Sense Initiative and Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review processes.
