The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection "is proposing to create a task force — modeled after a state collaboration that established voluntary wind turbine siting standards — that would include pipeline companies, nonprofits, municipalities, conservation agencies and others to propose ways to reduce community impacts and improve economic efficiency in pipeline planning."
